We’re seeking a talented Import-Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in propelling our business forward by managing customer interactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless import-export experience. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise on e-commerce platforms like Alibaba and B2B websites to connect with and serve our international clientele.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Become a master of our customer database, keeping it organized and up-to-date.
- Channel your inner salesperson! You’ll be reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our offerings, and nurturing relationships to secure deals.
- Negotiate contracts with international clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for everyone involved.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, fostering trust and satisfaction.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Was born between 1992 and 1999 (Gen Z or Millennial rockstars preferred!).
- Has exceptional English skills – you’ll be communicating with clients worldwide!
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Foreign Languages, or Business Administration (a plus if it’s internationally focused).
- Exudes dynamism, responsibility, and a genuine enthusiasm for the world of import-export.
- Thrives under pressure, tackles challenges head-on, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous import-export experience is a bonus, but your eagerness to learn is what truly matters!
